On July 7th, Cosmos Initia, 16-time nominee of the Good Design Award, will finally open its newest display room to the public. Transit General Office Inc.,has produced this sample room in the new apartment building opening next year, “The Row House Kichijoji.”

The building shows a new way of living, by surrounding itself by different, unique residential houses, in addition to the detailed, well thought out interior designs and implementations.

The theme of the sample room is “effortless chic”. It is a blend of a relaxing and homey atmosphere, but also a chic and fashionable space that meets our generation today. If you like the designs, layout or anything else about the room, we will support you in creating your perfect space! Come and see it for yourself.

World’s best shaved ice shop, Ice Monster, will open 7 new pop-up shops across Japan, including the newest pop-up in Okinawa (starts August 1st). We have different flavored “ice blocks” or more commonly known as ice cubes, so people can not only enjoy the different flavors but the soft, rich and snow-like textures that you feel in your mouth. We also serve Taiwan’s favorite “Tapioca Milk Tea” and “Fruits Tea” at some of our locations too!

Starting August 8th to November 9th, Fratelli Paradiso, located on the 3rd floor of Omotesando Hills, will start this summer’s spicy menu. We will serve a variety of dishes including the “Bolognese Infernale” which is a black-angus steak, house-made Bolognese sauce and hot Calabria peppers infused in pasta. You can even add a crispy cheese that contains parmesan and chili powder for a little more!

Starting July 1st to August 31st, Café 1886 at Bosch, will serve everyone’s summer favorite, “Tropical Ice Cream Sandwich” for a limited time only. We have two different fillings with our biscuits: the first being vanilla ice cream, strawberries and almonds and the second being a pineapple, coconut chips sandwich. For the first time ever, “The Man Who Stole Banksy” and Glorious Chain Café will create a food and drink menu together, starting July 13th to August 31st. Starting July 2nd, Happy Home Kitchen will begin selling the new parfait, “Happy Peach Parfait”, limited to summer 2018. Music Bar, will serve our original summer cocktail, “Watermelon and Hibiscus Chili Collins” from July 26th to August 15th. When walking into the music bar, you can get a taste of sweet, sour and spicy in our taste of music as well as in our new cocktail.
