On October 6th, Transit General Office opened its first roastery café, Little Darling Coffee Roasters in the new and revitalized area of central Tokyo, Aoyama-Ichome. In this space, we offer an industrial environment through art and designs, as well as in our specialty coffees and bite-sized food options.

Every season, 2nd place finisher of “Coffee Festival Latte Art World Championships 2016”, Naoya Akagawa, will be in charge of selecting 5 different roasted beans from throughout the world, meeting the needs and demands of very customer. Each person can choose from an espresso machine, American press and/ or hand dripped coffee, made right in front of you.

In addition to our boastful coffee selection, we also have a bite-sized food menu that can be enjoyed throughout the green park. We serve London’s popular “Bao” sandwich, filled with a variety of ingredients as well as different pastries from Nihonbashi’s popular bakery.

On October 13th, world’s best shaved ice brand, Ice Monster has opened its 4th branch in Japan, in Naha OPA Department store, Okinawa! We offer our popular mango shaved ice, Taiwan’s most popular tapioca milk tea shaved ice as well as other seasonal flavors, all in a more affordable and perfect small size.

In addition to these flavors, we will also have an Okinawa special, the “Okinawa Zenzai Shaved Ice” that is topped with brown sugar espuma, mocha balls and vanilla ice cream. You can also finish it off with a touch of sweet, brown sugar syrup, so how about stopping by before it gets cold again?

Starting September 20th to November 30th, Dominique Ansel Bakery will have a special fall item: the “Autumn Soft Chestnut”!

Over the last couple of years, this bakery has been known for several soft serve creations: ice cream in a corn cob and watermelon soft serve. For the first time, we are offering a Japan limited chestnut flavored soft serve perfect for this season. This soft serve is placed on a Japanese-style “goza” plate, mixed with crushed chestnut pieces and has a hint of whiskey scent. The Japanese, creative and most especially, the photogenic display is what makes Dominique Ansel Bakery so special!
