On October 18th, 2018, Transit General Office Inc., opened its restaurant, The Core Kitchen/ Space on the new and upcoming street of Toranomon!
A “creative hub”, this restaurant serves a wide range of grilled dishes and is the perfect event location for big parties and gatherings. Whether you want to stop by during your lunch break or for a nice steak dinner, our special menu, produced by chef a famous chef in Ginza, gives you endless choices. We also serve 2 original craft beers: the “White Canvas”, a fruity white ale and “Tokyo Painter”, a yuzu scented IPA.

In addition to the restaurant, this space will also be used for different community events and workshops. We hope that this will become a place where people can meet, communicate and share new ideas. How about stopping by for some new food and new friends?

In celebration of bills’ 10th year in Japan, we have created a special fall and winter menu under the concept of the “bills bonds with Asia”!
Starting October 22nd, 2018, we will serve a very special menu created by the one and only, Bill Granger. Due to his experiences in both Japan and Korea, Bill has created a new menu inspired by what he has seen in both cultures, including fresh ingredients like mirin and kimchi.

In addition, on October 1st, 2018, bills Futako-tamagawa will renew the restaurant’s terrace seats! Solso, a professional plantation group and company, has helped Transit in producing this new atmosphere. Stop by for our new menu in our renewed seats!

Starting October 27th, 2018, Nishiyama, famous designer of the apparel brand “Descendant” and Tokushima’s popular brewery, “Rise & Win Brewing Co.” will begin a collaboration at Little Darling Coffee Roasters!

This collaborative product is Rise & Win Brewing Co.’s most popular item, “Pale Ale”, decorated with Descendant’s whale designs on the label. Not only that, once you remove the label, you will also see the Kamikatz logo on the beer bottles. This item will be sold in “The Conveni”, “Rise & Win Brewing Co.” and Transit General Office’s original roastery, Little Darling Coffee Roasters. Come and enjoy some beer in our open space!

Beginning November 7th, 2018 to March 20th, 2019, world re-known chocolate brand, Max Brenner has teamed up with Tokyo Sky Tree in creating a special tour.
By participating in this tour, you will be able to taste a special dessert solely made for this collaboration and the Max Brenner Solamachi store, as well as the chance to experience the “Sky Tree Terrace Tour” on the observatory deck.
This dessert includes the “Tutti Frutti Waffle”, a freshly made waffle topped with mixed berries and vanilla ice cream, everyone’s favorite “Chocolate Chunk Pizza” and a choice of coffee of tea. You will also receive our original hug mug as a souvenir!

After you enjoy your meal at Max Brenner, you will move to the “Sky Tree Terrace”, to go on an exclusive LED light tour. Finally, you will move even higher up to the observatory deck and enjoy the view of the entire city at 350 meters above ground level. You know you want to be a part of it all!

Starting November 1st, 2018, Fratelli Paradiso will release 8 new items for this year’s winter menu!
In this new menu, we have used an abundant amount of fresh and seasonal ingredients. The first of the many items includes the “Tasmanian-style Cape Grim Ribs” made from all natural beef in Tasmania. In addition, we will also serve a special, yet classic platter that includes Matsuzaka pork, prosciutto and a variety of sausages, the “Matsuzaka Filet and Saltimbocca”.

Our other dishes include the “Arugula Chitarra”, tomato sauce based “Sea-urchin Chitarra”, “Stewed Tomato Tripe”, “Prosciutto and Pear” as well as the “Truffle Fries”, all of which that go perfectly with our natural wine and cocktail selection. For dessert, we will serve the “Pistachio Ganache Fondant Chocolat with Berry Sauce” so come and enjoy the delicious food, next to the beautiful Christmas lights of Omotesando!
