01.White & Sky- Poolside Beer Garden!

Located on the rooftop of Tokyu Plaza Ginza, Kiriko Terrace – Waterside – will host the annual White & Sky – Poolside Beer Garden from June 28 to August 31!

This year’s theme is spicy Latin cuisines and music. We have arranged a variety of Latin dishes, drinks (so much beer!) and music that will light up the entire city of Ginza. Some of the food includes a taco bar where you can customize your own fillings, chili con carne with a tomato accent, guacamole with avocados, tomatoes and onions; all self-style and self-explanatory! For the drinks, we have a variety of beer cocktails as well as many tropical cocktails (cassis, peach, lychee, etc.) to get you into the summer mood.

Finally, we will host a special DJ night every Friday and Saturday to get you even more pumped up! Enjoy this rooftop beer garden with good food, good drinks, good music and even better company!

The paella has a chicken soup broth and is flavored with spinach puree and yuzu peppers. Once the rice is fully cooked, the paella is garnished with chicken breast, shishito peppers and green beans. The spicy beef stew tofu dish includes a variety of chili peppers infused in our popular udon broth, stewed beef and tofu.
