Hawaii's popular modern Vietnamese restaurant,「THE PIG & THE LADY」 will launch a pop up store at Sign Kichijoji, an all day cafe with the concept of offering nostalgic menu items, from 1/15(Fri) to 3/14(Sun).
2 kinds of "Banh Mi" (Vietnam-style sandwich) will be offered. 「THE PHO FRENCH DIP」 Roasted Beef Brisket, Sauteed Bean Sprouts & Onions, Spicy Hoisin Sauce, Thai Basil, Coriander, Pho Broth For Dipping 「THE VEGETABLE PHO FRENCH DIP」 Seasonal Mushrooms, Zucchini, Eggplant, Sauteed Bean Sprouts & Onions,Thai Basil, Coriander, Vegetable Pho Broth For Dipping Take-out or eat-in is possible.
*The POP UP store will close when ingredients run out.
