Modern Thai restaurant, Longrain Tokyo, will start this year’s spring menu starting April 1, 2019!
This year’s spring menu consists of all new, modern yet traditional Thai dishes, including the cocktail shrimp with tamarin, lemon grass and mayonnaise, a spicy meat salad: larb gai with coriander and a sweet yet savory main dish in the shape of a flower: Longrain fried rice with pineapple and sticky pork!
For dessert, we have a cute lotus flower cookie with sakura mousse and seasonal fruits, as well as Thai tea ice cream with jack fruits.
