For only four days, The Apollo will be serving this year’s Christmas course available from December 22nd to December 25th! Made with all fresh ingredients, we have prepared 10 different dishes that will make you want to come back for more.
The main item of this course is the “Long-fingered Grilled Shrimp with Uni and Lemon”, made especially for Japan. The sweet and rich flavor of the scampi shrimp in addition to the uni, all cooked in butter sauce is what makes this so delicious. Another item is the “Beef Short Ribs with Truffle and Green Onions” prepared with black truffles and for over 7 hours.
