This course contains a special paella made for this occasion: the lobster (whole lobster!) on top of our popular seafood paella, which consists of 2 types of shrimp, mussels and whitetail fish. You can also try our exclusive mushroom porcini soup in addition to the yoghurt and dry fruit nougat glace dessert!
