Starting January 22nd to February 21st, all Sign stores throughout Japan will be serving Okayama prefecture’s special tea sauce in Genovese style, the “Tea Genovese”! This tea was selected for the “Food, Action, Nippon Award 2018” and Transit General Office has chosen this specific brand to collaborate with.
We have three very special savory items that use this tea Genovese. The first is the Japanese style omelet rice with a side of seasonal vegetables and Genovese dressing. The second is Thai style gapao (fried) rice, seasoned with a hint of Genovese. Finally, the most delicious and last item of the three is the snapper and turnip tea Genovese tagliatelle!
