Barcelona’s most popular seafood and paella restaurant, “Xiringuito Escriba” is serving a Kirapika strawberry, condensed milk and sake crumbs meringue dessert. The Kirapika strawberry is made into a compote form, into chips and even a mousse, all topped and garnished with sake crumbs, condensed milk and ice cream. A crunchy yet sweet dessert that’s hard to resist.
Also starting this February, is our newest spring paella, the “Clams and Japanese Canola Vegetables!” Come and try!
