In Spanish, degustation means to taste; a popular way of dining in the Spanish culture. During this period, guests have the chance to try 3-7 types of wine selected by Xiringuito Escriba staff, including the well-balanced white wine, La Morimorena, crisp and acidic, Cava Malt Negre NV and the fruity, MMM Macho Man Monastrell. There's also a special dinner pairing with our delicious tapas and paellas!
