Somewhere’s newest spring menu produced by the head of chef of Michelin star restaurant, Crony!

From March 9, Somewhere Restaurant & Bar, located inside Miyako Hotel Hakata, will launch this spring’s newest menu and course!
The new menu includes “fried mushroom, sautéed white asparagus puree” as well as the “hyuga (Japanese citrus fruit) and lemon cream meringue”. We also have a premium course full of different surprising and playful spring dishes.
