On February 22nd, 2018, founder and CEO of Transit General Office Inc., Sadahiro Nakamura was awarded the “Gaishoku Award 2017”! This award, literally translated to the “dining-out award” is given to a person or company that has been an active part of Japan’s service and/ or restaurant industry that year. This was awarded to Transit General Office Inc., because of the “endless lines and conversations that the company’s cafes, shops and restaurants have created throughout the city”. As the cultural engineering company, we have created a whole new culture in Japan, sharing Greek, Thai and Italian cuisines from Australia, shaved ice from Taiwan, pastries from New York to an entirely new breakfast lifestyle, all in just a few years.
