01.Little Darling Coffee Roasters Collaboration with Sincere Cream Puffs!

From November 28th to mid-January, Little Darling Coffee Roasters will be selling a special collaborative cream puff made with the chef of popular French restaurant, Sincere.

This cream puff is an original recipe made especially for Little Darling. The crust is made with a mixture of dough and cookies, which is then filled with the custard cream; the mix of crunchy and soft- giving it the most delicious sensation. This item is limited to 30 pieces per day, so come quick! We are also planning a second edition of the cream puff collaboration for Valentine’s Day so watch out for more!

02.From Tom Yam to Tom Kha soup, the Tom Coco Hotpot!

At modern Thai restaurant, Longrain, we will be serving the Tom Yam Coco Hotpot starting November 16th, 2018! This dish is made by mixing Tom Yam soup with coconut cream; 2 exotic flavors that you can taste at once.

The Tom Yam Coco Hotpot has a chicken and shrimp soup base mixed with lemongrass, lime leaves and Thai herbs. This base is served with the refreshing Tom Yam soup that contains a variety of seafood and meats, coriander, lotus root and papaya, giving it the extra crunch. The Tom Yam soup is then mixed with coconut cream, which changes the soup from spicy to sweet. 

In the hotpot, there are 4 different flavor accents. The first is the sweet flavor from the chili jam, the refreshing flavor from the sweet vinegar, the spicy and sour flavor from the chili fish sauce and an extra hint of spicy with the chili powder. You can also finish off the hotpot with some Thai style rice noodles as well as a green curry paste that goes perfectly with the soup. Enjoy this curry paste either as a green curry soup or Thai style curry risotto!

03.Bistro Café Ladies & Gentlemen 6th Anniversary Menu!

In December 2018, Bistro Café Ladies & Gentlemen will celebrate its 6th anniversary! In honor of the anniversary, we will be serving our original sweets and beverages in the month of December.

Our original dessert is the “L&G style Dorayaki”, made of rum raisin gelato and red bean paste; a blend of Japanese and Western cultures. The three drinks includes a pear and chamomile Moscow mule: “Pear and Herbal Moscow Mule”, the bitter orange beer and the drink full of kiwi and elder flower, “Kiwi Gin Tonic”. All perfect for this upcoming month and definitely a must try!

In addition to our celebratory menu, we will also be serving 3 new hot drinks from November 20th to February 28th! We have used our house-made syrup to create sweet to more classic drinks. If you prefer a sweet drink, we recommend the “Marshmallow Hot Chocolate” that blends steamed milk with chocolate syrup, marshmallow and chocolate sauce. If you want something less sweet, we recommend the “Roasted Tea Latte” or “Chai Rum Raisin”. The roasted tea latte is a mix of roasted syrup, steamed milk and brown sugar. The chai rum raisin mixes ginger syrup, rum raisin and cinnamon.

Starting December 1st to February 28th, Guzman y Gomez will be offering the 3rd edition of the neo-Mexican collaboration with Sanpi Ryoron: the sukiyaki burrito!

This product is a motif of the popular Japanese winter dish: hotpot, all wrapped inside a GYG tortilla. The beef is slowly cooked in the secret Sanpi Ryoron sweet soy sauce recipe and is mixed with a variety of vegetables to give it the extra crunch. You can also add our original chipotle salsa sauce if you want to make it a little more spicy! Come and try the next edition of our neo-Mexican collaboration!

Located in Omotesando, Tokyo, New York’s popular new generation bakery, Domonique Ansel Bakery has begun selling this year’s Christmas pastries including the strawberry buche, penguin buche and green tea reindeer buche!

The strawberry buche contains strawberry jelly, Bavarian cream, strawberry and chocolate crunch; the perfect mix of a sweet and sour strawberry. The penguin buche is a cute dessert that contains an egg shaped chocolate penguin. The green tea and reindeer buche is made with a white chocolate reindeer and fresh green tea mascarpone cream. The course includes 6 different dishes made from all fresh ingredients. It will begin with a sweet potato catalana, topped with prosciutto, followed by warm vegetables. The pasta is made with a house-made ragu sauce; the main dish is a charcoal grilled beef with a foie gras sauté and winter vegetables.
