The Pig & The Lady

On November 30, 2019, Honolulu, Hawaii’s modern Vietnamese restaurant, The Pig & The Lady opens in Ebisu Tokyo!
Starting from a local farmers market in 2012 to the grand opening of The Pig & The Lady in downtown Chinatown a year later, this restaurant is a popular spot, loved by locals throughout the island as well as tourists visiting Oahu. Chef and owner Andrew Le is from a second generation Vietnamese family, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York and former sous-chef of Michelin star restaurant, Chef Mavro. His dishes revolve around his mother’s home-style recipes and his experiences in the French culinary scene. He blends both essences, as well as Hawaiian ingredients in creating his famous pho soups and other dishes.
Some signature items include the Le Fried Chicken Wings: chicken wings with a juicy, sour yet sweet sauce, Pho 75: pieces of beef and brisket in a rich, flavorful broth, Vegetable Pho, Vietnamese Pizza and the Pho French Dip Banh Mi, beef, coriander, onions, Hoisin sauce in a warm baguette, all of which you dip into the bowl of pho soup!
