From March 16 to April 5, Code Kurkku and Music Bar, both located inside Yoyogi Village, will host this spring’s cherry blossom course, the “Sakura Garden Plan”! Guests can enjoy the true flavors of spring under the cherry blossoms, while enjoying the delicious Italian dishes from code kurkku.
The course includes a sakura chutney, foie gras terrine, duck rillettes, salmon carpaccio and a variety of spring vegetables. The pasta is Rome’s traditional cacio de pepe, topped with white asparagus and spring vegetables, finished with tagliatelle. The main dish is a juicy, roasted duck, topped with granite. The dessert is a sweet and salty sakura chiffon cake; the full spring experience all in one course.
