From March 3 to April 30, Sign All Day, Sign Kichijoji and Sign Tachikawa will serve an exclusive collaboration menu using Asakura Sansho’s Tapenade!
This collaboration was selected for the “Food and Action, Japan Award 2019”, an award that emphasizes on preserving Japanese food for the new generation through domestic agriculture, forestry and fisheries. The menu items include a Provence-style salad with marinated octopus and beans, Salsiccia and seasonal vegetables penne and a rich red snapper and clam aqua pazza. All dishes bring out the true tastes of Asanoya Sansho’s tapenade.
