THE TEST KITCHEN or also known as the "Food Innovation Lab" is the newest communication and innovation space where food plays a key role in pop ups, collaborations and test kitchens. Lunch will be served between 11:30-15:00, as a cafeteria that anyone and everyone can use freely. There will be a variety of Japanese as well as Western options: salads, sandwiches, sweets, Little Darling Coffee Roasters' original coffee blends and original, housemade beverages. For a limited time, we will also serve Shibuya's popular lemon rice from Lemon Rice Tokyo. Finally, customers can order and pay through the online system, Platform, to get their food quickly and to avoid waiting in those long, long lines!
